In the event that a defect covered by this Limited Warranty occurs, Eclio and/or other Eclio Parties in its sole discretion will repair or replace the defective Product or components thereof in accordance with this Limited Warranty.
The applicable Limited Warranty Period for the Limited Warranty commences on the date of the original purchase of the Product from either of Eclio, Eclio’s authorized reseller, Eclio’s authorized distributor, or an authorized Dealer (each a “Eclio” or collectively the “Eclio Dealers”).

Eclio Warranty
- All brand new Eclio products are covered under our manufacturer's 3-Month/1 Year all-inclusive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects.
- The warranty is automatically registered when you order and receive the product from our online shop. Please note that the warranty applies to the initial purchaser only.
- For orders that are fully refunded as a result of a dispute, the customer's scooter or bike will no longer be eligible for any services provided by Eclio.
Warranty Target Audience
- All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Eclio or EClio Sport’s authorized resellers are covered by an extensive warranty.
- Quality-related warranty claims on purchases made through Eclio's authorized distributors and retailers, such as Walmart and Amazon, are handled through Eclio.
Batteries
- It is normal circumstence for the battery capacity fading with time goes by. It is excluded out of the warranty coverage.
- Warranty service will be not honored if the damage is caused by human.
- Warranty service will be honored if the damage is not caused by human.

Claims Process
All claims to this warranty must be made through Eclio. and submitted to support@ecliogo.com. Proofs of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product are required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact us at support@ecliogo.com as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processedthrough Eclio within 3-Month of initial purchase.
Eclio will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product. Customers need to provide us with evidence by email.
Orders Beyond the One-Year Warranty Period
If you haven't purchased extend, you can contact us to provide you with suggestions to solve the problem, and the required accessories will be purchased by the customer at his own expense.
Shipping Damage Claims
In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact support@ecliogo.com and provide us with photo or video proof.
we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 14 days from receipt of products.
Repair Service
For repair services, Eclio will only provide free replacement parts.
All free accessories will not participate in the replacement or compensation if they cause scratches during transportation.
Limitation of Damages
Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, Eclio shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue or data, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even when Eclio has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Regarding Delivery and Installation
- The delivery vehicle is in shipping condition. However, some models come with free accessories (such as rear trunk seatback footrests) that require installation upon request.
- For self-installation models, if you have any questions about the installation process, please contact our online customer service team and obtain an installation video. If you return or exchange the product due to inability to install it yourself or your decision not to install it, you will be solely responsible for all return fees and losses.
- Electric vehicles are large items. If they need to be intercepted during delivery, you will be responsible for the corresponding shipping costs.
Regarding Receipt
- Before signing for the product, please carefully inspect the packaging for completeness. If the packaging or the product is severely damaged, please take a photo as proof and contact our online customer service immediately for verification. We will handle the issue appropriately. Please understand that our company cannot be held responsible for any shipping issues reported by the delivery personnel after the product has been signed for.
- Our company inspects products multiple times before shipment, but we cannot guarantee minor wear and tear during transportation. Minor wear and tear during transportation will not be grounds for returns or exchanges due to quality issues. Please contact customer service immediately to discuss a solution. If the outer shell is severely damaged and affects the appearance and ride quality, please contact customer service for consultation.

- Users must maintain the E-Bike according to the instructions in the manual and regularly check the battery, motor, brakes, transmission, tire pressure, and other components.
- Users must use the E-Bike correctly according to the instructions and avoid overloading, prolonged and intensive use, dangerous driving, and other behaviors that may cause accidents and damage to the product.
- Avoid using the E-Bike in extreme weather conditions such as heavy rain, snow, and typhoons, and avoid improper storage that may damage the product.
