All orders are processed within 1 business days after the order is placed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

 

2. Shipping Time

After processing, standard delivery within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier’s schedule.

 

3. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to most locations within the contiguous United States.

However, due to courier limitations and higher logistical risk, we do not ship to the following remote or special regions:

Alaska

Hawaii

Puerto Rico

Guam

U.S. Virgin Islands

Northern Mariana Islands

Other remote islands or military addresses (APO/FPO)

 

4. Shipping Fees

  • All items in our store are eligible for free shipping. No additional shipping fees will be charged.
  • Areas outside our delivery coverage cannot be selected at checkout.

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can check the real-time status through the carrier’s tracking page.

 

6. Failed Delivery or Inaccurate Address

Please ensure the delivery address is accurate and complete.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or inability to deliver, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs or related fees.
