I am actually really impressed with the bike! It’s beautiful, powerful and the battery lasts much longer than I expected. I am able to go up a very steep hill without any issues. My only complaints are how heavy it is (can barely lift it) and that there was no useful manual on how the display works, I had to watch random YouTube videos to learn it.
I mainly use this bike for short trips and getting around town. It’s comfortable, easy to ride, and feels very stable. Overall, I’m really happy with it.

I’m in my late 60s and my husband isn’t exactly light, but this bike is perfect for us. The low step-through frame makes it easy to get on and off, and we both ride comfortably. Came safely and all parts were in perfect shape.

How does the headlight turns on?
You can turn on the headlight by pressing and holding the '+' button on the handlebar control pad for a few seconds. To turn it off, simply press and hold the '+' button again.

Can I put saddle bags on top of the battery?
Yes, you can place saddle bags on top of the battery. However, we recommend that the total weight does not exceed 77 lbs (35 kg) to ensure safe riding and to avoid putting too much pressure on the battery area.💙
