Amazing bike I can't get over it long range forsure. 30 miles-50 miles is no joke I got the f02 god it looks so good. So comfortable, so I'm in chicago and I tired it all over so far. I tried it in grass and dirt does awesome. Sand loose obviously you need something with paddles but packed omg liked you didn't even leave the road. I tired it at the beach. Also dirt trail. Because im in Chicago the roads are bad sometimes but bumps on the road wouldn't even know it sometimes. Lights are bright good screen. It says assembly but it's just putting on the tire and stuff easy you don't need instructions for that oh and you put the handle bar on easy as hell. Loud horn love it haha. Oh yeah it has freaking crusie control witch is awesome. Solid too it's definitely made well. Battery is removable witch is so nice. It's the best and most comfortable ride I've ever had im not even kidding and so many other people say so too. Definitely worth it. Haven driven my car in 2 weeks. Beside 1 time make sure it says good. I absolutely love the colors and details of the bike too it's crazy. I just can't get over it. And the customer service is crazy too!!!!! I emailed them at like 9 pm next day like 7 am the emailed me back. Emailed then again next day got a response from them it's so nice when companies actually respond to emails. Would 10000000% recommend this place to anyone. And if you skeptical and your seeing this, it's probably you sign run it up get it done get the bike any of them are probably amazing just based off this and others too on fb I looked around before I got this seemed legit. Glad I took the chance it was worth it and still is every day.

Great bike lots of features and really fast. I accidently locked myself out with a password I don't remember so i contacted them now we will see how the customer service is as good as the bike is.....

Got the bike and the rear fender was broken, front brake disc was misaligned with the brake pads

I bought this bike for my son’s birthday, and I was a little worried about whether it would arrive on time. I shouldn’t have been — it showed up right before Christmas! My son was beyond excited, and he’s been talking about getting an e-bike for months. The bike is great quality, and the delivery was super fast. I couldn’t be happier with how everything went. The customer support was fantastic and helped me choose the F02, which has been great for my daily commute. It’s comfortable and fast, but I do wish the battery lasted a bit longer for my longer rides. Still, overall, a really solid bike and I’m happy with the purchase.

I bought this e-bike a couple of weeks ago, initially planning to gift it to my wife. However, when it arrived and I got a chance to ride it, I couldn’t resist. The bike is amazing — smooth, fast, and really comfortable. It rides effortlessly, and the design is sleek. I was so impressed that I ended up buying another one for myself! Now we both ride together, and it’s been a great addition to our daily routines.

I’m really happy with the F02, but when I first received it, I noticed the installation tool kit was missing. I contacted customer support, and they responded quickly and sent me the missing tools right away. Great customer service and a solid bike overall. Very pleased with both the product and the support!
