Customers praised this electric bike's step-through design, stability, and ease of riding. Many noted it's "comfortable" and great for exercise and errands. Battery life was shorter than expected, and one customer encountered a manufacturing defect.

I would have given 5 stars were it not for the instruction manual. My husband knows bikes so we were able to putit together easily. However, you need to take a lesson from IKEA: list ALL parts, make instructions legible with pics that can be seen, and label everything. The bike itself is terrific & I absolutely LOVE it. So, great product, lousy instructions.
The pink one is so pretty! It looks better in person! This bike is pretty easy to put together and is mostly assembled from the factory although I did have to adjust the derailleur the bike was not shifting into all the gears. This bike rides great! I thought the battery would last longer that’s the only bad thing, otherwise everything is great!
I am 81 years old and LOVE this E Bike.
I am 62 years old. After researching e bikes we bought two, one for my wife and one for myself. The step through design works well for us and the bike will deliver power and allow us to peddle and get our exercise at the same time. If you are considering these bikes do not hesitate to purchase. They are wonderful!
Bought for my wife as a birthday present. It was easy to assemble and she enjoys riding it. No problems so far
When we put it together it was ok, until the front wheel. There was a 1/2 inch piece of metal stuck in the hole where the bolt was supposed to go thru, Tried to get some help, but i can't figure out how to send pics. My son finally took a small screwdriver and a hammer and hit it out. The pictures in the instruction book and print are way to small. Thank goodness for u tube. After getting metal out, the bike is ok now. Wish Eiclio could have been more help.

Got this for my mom. She hadn’t ridden a bike in years and was nervous at first. After a couple rides, she was totally fine. Says it’s comfortable and feels stable.
